Church of La Compañía de Jesús
The Church of La Compañía de Jesús is a Catholic religious complex located at the corner of García Moreno and Sucre streets, in the Historic Center of Quito, the capital of Ecuador.
The façade of its main temple, entirely carved from volcanic stone, is considered one of the most important expressions of Baroque architecture in the Americas and the world.

El Panecillo
El Panecillo hill is crowned by a giant aluminum statue of the Virgin of Quito, created by the Spanish artist Agustín de la Herrán Matorras, based on the original sculpture by Bernardo de Legarda, one of the most important representatives of the Quito School of Art.
